Our Business Development Managers
George Bragg | Business Development Manager
Sectors: Consumer Services | Technology | Plastics & Rubber | Industrial Equipment | Restaurants & Food Services
George joined Consultus in 2019, originally working in the Customer Services team, he then a spent 4 years as a Client Manager, before starting his role as a Business Development Manager in February 2025.
When he’s not working, you’ll find George on the golf course, watching any sports that are in season (primarily riding the roller coaster that is being a Leicester City fan!) and enjoying trips away with family and friends.
Sam Ellul | Business Development Manager
Sectors: Textiles & Apparel | Food & Beverage | Retail & Wholesale | Warehouse & Distribution | Mining & Extraction
Sam has spent over 10 years working in sales in an industrial setting. His favourite workdays are when he gets to have a behind-the-scenes look inside a factory, and he’s seen a wide variety of things being made, from bagels and toilet roll to crisp packets and snooker table felt!
He also enjoys playing tennis, padel, golf and football. Essentially anything where he can hit a ball as hard as he can.
Sam Taylor | Business Development Manager

Sam has worked in sales for 25 years, across a variety of sectors and has developed a genuine passion for sustainability and is focussed on supporting businesses to reach their goals.
Outside of work, he sets himself the goal of running one marathon each year, makes sure to attend a music festival each summer, and despite good intentions, finds himself taking to the microphone at the Christmas party karaoke.
Jo Little | Business Development Manager

Jo has been working in the sustainability sector for 6 years, she most enjoys working with and empowering organisations to adopt more sustainable initiatives and think holistically about sustainability as more than just a box ticking exercise.
Outside of work, Jo regularly goes trail running and walking to explore the beautiful countryside in the West Country, where she lives.
Dan Downes | Business Development Manager

Dan has been providing businesses with energy solutions for nearly ten years. He understands that all businesses are under pressure to cut costs, and can provide commercially astute solutions and advice.
Dan is a father to four grown up kids and doggy dad to Cooper who is a great excuse to get out the house, and end up at a nice country pub a couple of miles away.
Richard Holdsworth | Senior Business Development Manager
Sectors: Hotels & Resorts | Housing Associations | Financial Services | Education | Media & Entertainment | Defence
Richard has 35 years’ sales experience and 20 years’ energy experience. He has previously held roles including Head of sales, and Chief Growth Officer, working with clients across a range of sectors.
Richard lived in New Zealand for 10 years where he established his own publishing company. He also has 2 teenage children and a Springer Spaniel called Baxter.

Bradley Wilson | Commercial Director
Brad has been with Consultus for more than 18 years, making him a long-term member of the family. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his job is supporting the growth of both internal colleagues and external clients, as well as successfully winning and keeping contracts.
Brad is an unapologetic sports fanatic! He is a Goalkeeper Coach outside of work which also helps him to juggle twin girls and Luna the Cockapoo.
Sam Buckingham | Head of Direct Sales
Sam started at Consultus as a Consultant, before becoming a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and now Head of Direct Sales. As a highly sociable person, he enjoys building relationships and networking.
He spends his downtime passing on his love of Leicester City and local football to his 5‑year‑old son, Chester – rain, shine, or relegation battle!
Paul Cox | Sales Manager
Paul has built a long and varied career in the energy sector, in senior leadership roles including General Manager for Utilities and Head of Procurement. For the past 20 years, he has been a key part of the team at Consultus.
Outside of the office, Paul loves listening to Reggae. He also enjoys running and paddleboarding and still finds time to unwind with a game of Fortnite. Paul is also a parent of two grown-up children.

Liv Spatcher | Opportunity Development Executive
Liv has a sales background and is passionate about helping businesses demystify sustainability and take the first steps on their journey towards a more sustainable future.
When she’s not working, she enjoys hot yoga, thrill seeking with her family and is a die-hard doodler. Her idea of serenity is being on a deserted island in the middle of nowhere by herself…only for like a week though!
Alicia Bailey | Opportunity Development Executive
Coming from a sales background, Alicia specialises in forging strategic partnerships that help businesses navigate their energy and sustainability journeys confidently.
Alicia loves staying active and can usually be found in the gym or out walking in the sunshine. A nutrition enthusiast with a soft spot for Diet Coke, she loves her car and splits her money between that and going on as many holidays as possible.
Jak Green | Opportunity Development Executive
Jak is an Opportunity Development Executive with a background in sales. He enjoys engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds, having interesting conversations, and helping businesses identify and create new opportunities for growth.
Outside of work, Jak can usually be found in the gym training for powerlifting competitions or watching his favourite football team.

Lorna Boyer | Marketing Manager
Lorna, leads the marketing strategy for Ennovus Solutions with over 12 years of experience across B2B and B2C industries. She has worked across a variety of sectors, from events and SaaS to energy and sustainability.
When she’s not building campaigns or designing something new, she enjoys spending time with family and her 2 cats. Lorna loves spending time in nature or with animals and can be easily bought with a caramel latte!
Sanjay Dahya | Marketing Executive
Sanjay has worked in the energy industry for over 3 years and specialises in digital marketing. He enjoys looking at analytics and creating and editing video content.
Outside of work, Sanjay enjoys being out in nature, whether it’s going on hikes or gardening and growing his own produce. He also has an on and off relationship with the gym!
Amber Culbert | Content Marketing Executive
Amber has a degree in creative writing and has worked in the energy sector for three years. She enjoys writing pieces that break down complex topics into engaging and easily digestible content and is particularly passionate about sustainability and carbon reduction.
Amber enjoys reading, swimming, going to the gym and collecting tattoos. She also has a sassy housecat who she feels she can relate to spiritually.
