Steve has over 20 years’ experience in delivering large multi-million pound heavy engineering, communication, and security system capital investment projects involving civil, mechanical, electrical, control & instrumentation, and telecoms disciplines in different industries across the globe. Steve is a qualified Mechanical Engineer (BEng) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and further qualifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), change management (APMG) as well as health and safety (CDM, NEBOSH, IOSH).
Ellie leads our audit team and has a professional career spanning over six years as an energy assessor and building surveyor. Ellie holds an extensive range of certifications and accreditations including ESOS Lead Assessor, and in a 24 month window she successfully delivered over 250 audits for more than 80 clients across a range of sectors including manufacturing, hospitality, and offices.
Saurav has over a decade of experience in energy reduction and holds a degree in ‘Environmental Science Engineering’ and a Master’s in ‘Energy Air Pollution Control’ and Management. Saurav has successfully helped organisations, across the commercial and industrial space, to reduce their energy consumption, optimise resources, and lower their carbon footprints.
David heads up our engineering & design team, helping to facilitate all technical elements of a project from initial engagement, to project feasibility, all the way through to a detailed design for implementation and handover. David has worked within the renewable energy industry since the start of 2019 and is backed with master’s degrees in ‘Electronic and Electrical Engineering’ and ‘Sustainable Energy Engineering’.
Caius works within our engineering & design team and specialises in the design of commercial solar PV, battery storage, and EV chargepoints. With well over half a decade of leading designs for solar PV systems, Caius has a portfolio of installations ranging from the small scale to comfortably over half a megawatt, as well as extensive knowledge across IET guides, 18th Edition, and CDM 2015 for designers.
James has a strong desire to support decarbonisation. After working for Siemens for two years on the design of rail infrastructure, James returned to university to complete an MSc in ‘Engineering Management – Energy for Sustainability’, before joining Ennovus Solutions. Combining his years of industry experience with his academic knowledge, James can confidently design and specify systems across the renewable generation sphere, including wind turbines, solar PV, and battery storage.
Jed has almost a decade of experience working within the sector and overseeing the delivery of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Throughout his years of experience Jed has cemented his knowledge and qualifications and holds relevant accreditations including Electrical Level 2, 18th Edition, CDM 2015, Working at Heights, SMSTS, IPAF, and NEBOSH. Jed also specialises in lighting design and surveys, and the on-site management of LED upgrades.
Mustafa holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and has accumulated over 15 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has achieved notable accomplishments in overseeing and successfully completing major projects while serving as the Head of Mechanical Engineering at Mass Group Holding in Iraq. Furthermore, he has made significant contributions to the renewable energy sector as the Wind Development Director for a major UK company.
Luke has over 5 years prior experience in co-ordinating and managing on site services across a range of sectors and scales, from single residential dwellings to warehouses and business parks. As our Project Coordinator, Luke is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Project Management Office, resourcing projects, and conducting a gap analysis for any information required to successfully deliver the project.
